3.- LEGITIMATION.

The Data Controller is legitimized to process data by the execution of the contract through which the Users access the Services offered on the Website.

The communication of personal data by the User to the Data Controller is a necessary requirement for the provision of the Services offered on the Website, therefore, the omission of information will make it impossible for the Data Controller to provide the Service.

4.- MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER AND ACCURACY OF DATA

Furthermore, the User undertakes to refrain from using and collecting data from distribution lists that can be accessed through the information and services contained on the Website for promotional or advertising purposes, as well as from sending commercial communications of any kind and through any medium that are unsolicited or not previously consented to by the Data Controller and/or the Users of the Website.

6.- RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION, AND OPPOSITION
